By submitting an order to us, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold us harmless from and against any and all liability, claims, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and expenses) in any action by any third party based on a claim that you infringed such third parties intellectual property rights. This means that if we incur damage because of your breach of this Agreement, you will be responsible to pay for our damage.
All content on this site, including but not limited to the arrangement and assembly of the Site, text, graphics, logos, button icons, images and software (collectively "content"), is protected by Federal Copyright Law and may not be used without the express permission of LinxPromo.com. The Site and the content may be used only to design and order products from LinxPromo.com. MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENTS:
The Minimum order for customized product is 300.00. Minimum order to qualify for LinxRewards is 500.00 (see LinxRewards heading for details). Please contact info@linxrewards for minimums on blank product.

LINXREWARDS:
The minimum order to earn a LinxReward gift certificate is 500.00. This amount does not include set up charges, art charges, shipping charges or any other related charges other than the merchandise itself.

WARRANTIES:
LinxPromo guarantees that all goods are sold free of any security interest and will make available all transferable warranties from the supplier to our customers. Limxpromo makes no other express or implied warranties and makes no warranty as to the merchantability or fitness for purpose. Consistency of Merchandise- LinxPromo offers the availability of samples of all of the merchandise sold. We strongly encourage the ordering of samples prior to ordering in bulk. While these samples are representative of the product offered, manufacturing variations due occur. In choosing to place an order with LinxPromo the customer agrees to accept all merchandise with reasonable manufacturing variances. The variances can be in, but not limited to: product material, packaging and color. Dye lots are the most common instance of variability.

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP:
Transfer of ownership occurs upon acceptance of goods by the carrier.

ACCEPTANCE:
By submitting your order on line or by signature on a written order is an acceptance by LinxPromo of your offer to purchase goods, by submitting an order you agree to the terms and condition outlined on the LinxPromo website. These conditions may differ from those submitted on your order. Your retention and acceptance of goods covered by this purchase order is an acceptance of those terms as outlined on the LinxPromo web site. All contracts are subject to the laws of the state of New Jersey.

SHIPPING AND RETURNS:
LinxPromo.com uses United Parcel Service (UPS) for most order shipments. We cannot deliver product orders to P.O. Boxes. A street address is required on all product orders. Please note that expedited shipping may be required to meet your in-hands date. LinxPromo will inform you of any expedited shipping charges prior to processing your order. In some cases a UPS account number will need to be supplied to use expedited shipping.
Please note that production time does not include shipping time. LinxPromo.com currently does not ship internationally.
Business Days- are defined as the days that LinxPromo.com is open for business and can produce your order. An estimated number of business days are provided as a service to the customer with the order confirmation. Business days exclude weekends, national holidays, or extended closure periods.
All customized products are non returnable.

SHIPPING DELAYS:
Customer will not hold LinxPromo responsible for any delays caused by Acts of God or any other circumstances beyond its control. Estimates in shipping are based on the best information available from our suppliers. LinxPromo cannot be held responsible for any or all damages resulting from any delay in delivery.

DAMAGES AND SHORTAGES:
It is your responsibility to inform LinxPromo.com and the shipping carrier of any damage to the carton or product done during the shipping process from LinxPromo.com to you within three (3) business days after receipt. When signing for the shipment please make sure to check off any damages seen on the box or carton as this will aid in the claim you will have to make with the shipping provider. As with most e-commerce companies, any claims made against shipping will have to be addressed with the shipping provider, as we are not responsible for the damage.
LinxPromo shipments contain a packing list. Please confirm immediately upon receipt that your shipment contains what is on the packing list. In some rare instances a shipment may arrive from different locations and the total number of items ordered may arrive on different days. Please contact LinxPromo immediately upon shortages.

This Site, and the information which it contains, is the property of LinxPromo.com and its affiliates and licensors, and is protected from unauthorized copying and dissemination by United States copyright law, trademark law, international conventions and other intellectual property laws. CHANGE ORDER/CANCELLATION/REPLACEMENTS POLICY:
Upon your written request, LinxPromo.com will use reasonable efforts to change or cancel your order prior to production. If any order is changed prior to production, change charges including, but not limited to, artwork change charges, quantity change charges and shipping change charges may apply. If any order is cancelled before the artwork and/or item production has started, there will be a $50 cancellation charge, plus any related artwork & proofing charges at the rate of $85 per hour. An order cannot be cancelled if production has started. However, at your written request, we can prevent shipment. You will be charged for the full amount of the order minus shipping.

SALES TAXES & DUTIES
SITE PRICING:
Site pricing is subject to change at any time. If a price differs from a price listed on the LinxPromo website, you will be notified prior to processing your order. No order will be processed without the customers express consent to those changes.

SITE IMAGES:
Interpretation of site images can be very subjective. Images do not always accurately depict exact color and or scale. Again we urge our customers to obtain a sample of the product prior to making a bulk purchase. LinxPromo cannot be held responsible for the difference(s) between how merchandise appears on the screen vs. the final product.
